At Trillium Montessori School, we believe that our trained and qualified staff is the cornerstone for implementing our philosophy. Our teaching team and support personnel create a caring and nurturing atmosphere and foster each child’s creativity and positive self-image.
Our teachers are early childhood education specialists with the lead teacher who is NAMC certified, our entire staffs have been rigorously trained beyond their studies in the Montessori philosophy, principles and method. All teachers at Trillium work together in teams to ensure each classroom environment is stimulating and motivating. Members of our teaching team are carefully selected, trained, and evaluated. All our teachers adjust to each individual child’s learning pace and needs, guiding students to explore new topics and accept challenges. In addition, all staff members undergo background checks at the time of hire.
Trillium Montessori School supports management, teachers and staff with ongoing training, resources and freedom to create unique learning experiences for students. We provide many opportunities for staff members to share ideas and grow professionally.
Trained administration and experienced founders support our staff. Following NAMC standards, Trillium provides beautiful classrooms and a classic Montessori experience for our children. Our warmth and joy in our daily interactions with children and their families are an important aspect of our work.
