Towering Success: Celebrating Our Candy Corn – Pumpkin Tower Challenge at Trillium Montessori

On October 22nd, Trillium Montessori was filled with excitement and creativity. Our youngsters engaged in the Candy Corn – Pumpkin Tower Challenge. They used pumpkin erasers, candy corn, toothpicks, and popsicle sticks. Their task was simple yet intriguing — to build the tallest stable tower possible.

Challenge and Outcome

The tower challenge aligned with our mission to foster practical life skills and STEAM principles. It perfectly blended creativity and science. Our enrolled students dove headfirst into the challenge. They used their understanding of balance, gravitational forces, and material strengths. Carefully planning and constructing, they proudly showcased their towers.
